THE PROPOSALS

The proposals for phase 2A sit within the London Borough of Havering. These proposals seek to improve the visual appearance of the area surrounding the Central Park, provide additional affordable housing and increased play space.

To facilitate this, houses which bordered the Central Park in the original plans have been replaced by buildings which help to frame and bookend the park, matching the buildings on the opposite side. The below image shows how the plans have developed.
