AFFORDABLE HOUSING

The wider Beam Park site will provide 50% affordable housing across Havering and Barking and Dagenham.

The reconfiguration of phase 2A will provide more affordable housing at an earlier stage in the development. This increases the number of affordable homes within this phase by 43 compared to previous plans.

The new homes within phase 2A will be dual aspect, improving active frontages, natural surveillance and allowing plenty of light into the new homes.
