Phase 6 will be submitted as a detailed planning application, whilst phases 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 will be submitted in outline form with detailed applications to follow.
Phase 6 will provide 559 new homes within five separate buildings. These homes will be a mix ranging from 1-bedroom apartments up to 3-bedroom family-sized units. As with the rest of Beam Park, 50% of phase 6 homes will be affordable.
On the ground floor will be space for commercial uses, which could include shops, cafes, or other small business uses.
Phase 6 courtyard
A courtyard garden will be provided within phase 6 which can be used by residents and those visiting Beam Park. This will include play space as well as seating areas and planting. The courtyard will provide good levels of sunlight and will create a visually attractive location for new residents.
