TYPES OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Phases 3-8 of Beam Park will provide over 2, 700 new homes in total within Barking and Dagenham, 50% of which will be affordable. This equates to almost 1,400 new affordable homes for Barking and Dagenham which will comprise a mix of affordable rent, London living rent, and shared ownership. The new homes will range from studio apartments to four-bed family sized homes. Beam Park will provide:

• 50% affordable housing

• 25% family sized homes
